Support when life
feels overwhelming

You may be feeling disconnected: from your partner, your family, or even yourself. Communication might have broken down, or you may be stuck in the same unresolved patterns. Perhaps you're navigating a major transition: caring for an aging parent, adjusting to retirement, managing conflict at home, or finding your footing after a loss.

You want things to feel calmer and clearer. You want to understand yourself and the people you love, and move forward with more stability and intention.

That’s where I can help.

I offer individual therapy for adults across the greater Cleveland area, with telehealth available across 40+ PSYPACT states.

  • My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I listen closely, help you understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and offer clear guidance rooted in evidence-based methods. After forty years of clinical work, I know how to help people slow down, communicate better, and find steadiness again, whether we’re working individually or as a family.

  • Our first meeting is a chance to get to know each other. You’ll share what’s bringing you in, what’s been challenging, and what you hope will feel different. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, offer initial impressions, and together we’ll decide on a direction that feels right for you. Many clients leave the first session feeling more grounded and clearer about next steps.

  • Yes. Many of my clients are adult children navigating caregiving, role changes, and the emotional strain that comes with supporting a parent. Therapy gives you space to breathe, sort through complex feelings, and make decisions that feel grounded and sustainable.

  • I’m not in-network with insurance, but many clients receive partial reimbursement through their out-of-network benefits. I provide coded invoices (superbills) you can submit directly to your plan, and I’m happy to help you understand what your coverage may include.

  • Yes. I offer dedicated couples therapy, including ongoing sessions and intensive formats. If relationship concerns are central to what you’re experiencing, this can be discussed during our consultation to determine whether couples therapy is the right fit.

  • Yes. I provide family therapy for adults and families navigating conflict, caregiving stress, life transitions, and complex family dynamics. If family involvement would be helpful, we can explore this together and approach group work in a thoughtful, structured way.
